1. Business Development & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Sales and marketing of industrial/export packing which includes:
  • Business Development of new technology of shrink wrapping which is introduced recently in India
  • Sales for turn-key execution of packing for industrial clients
  • Sales of packaging products
  • Map potential clients and generate leads for the organization
  • Visiting potential clients and acquiring business
  • Following up with clients on regular basis for on-going business; building relationships with client

Skills/Qualification:

  • Good communication skills and presentable personality
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • 2 – 5 years of work experience in marketing (preferably industrial / manufacturing marketing). Call center/telecom type of sales/marketing experience not applicable.
  • High level of integrity and work ethics; strictly honoring confidentiality of information.
  • Quick learner
  • Self motivated and ability to work in a start-up like environment
  • Diploma or graduate

Compensation will be commensurate with the existing job market. Incentive based compensation – partly fixed and partly variable based on the performance.

2. Packing Supervisor

We are looking for a sincere candidate with a willingness to learn. Our company takes packing contracts for various industrial clients and packing is done on-site at the client’s factory. Responsibility will include handling overall packing operations at our client site.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising execution of packing activities at our clients’ sites and maintaining related paperwork
  • Managing labour to execute packing
  • Communicating with client to understand their requirements and convey the same to our office
  • Maintaining client relations
  • Perform other similar duties as assigned

Skills/Qualification:

  • Highest level of integrity and work ethics
  • Basic knowledge of English (to be able to read English and make challans) Self motivated and ability to work in a start-up like environment
  • Willingness to travel for projects.

3. Office Assistant / Junior Stores Assistant

We are looking for a sincere candidate with a willingness to learn. Responsibility will include a variety of diverse, non-routine administrative tasks to provide a high level of support to the company

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of stock of raw material and inventory of tools/tackles
  • Responsible for inventory planning and monitoring inventory levels across multiple client sites
  • Supporting basic paperwork for material entry & dispatch and ensuring accuracy in documentation of records
  • Entering routine data in MS Excel/Word
  • Perform other similar duties as assigned

Skills/Qualification:

  • High level of integrity and work ethics
  • Basic knowledge of English (to be able to read English and enter data in Excel/Word)
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • Basic computer knowledge – to be able to use MS Excel & MS Word.
  • Self motivated and ability to work in a start-up like environment
